Ultra-Safe Patented Blade Battery Technology

While undergoing nail penetration tests, the Blade Battery emitted neither smoke nor fire after being penetrated, and its temperature only reached 30 to 60°C. The Blade Battery cells also passed other extreme test conditions, such as being crushed, bent, being heated in a furnace to 300°C and overcharged by 260%. None of these resulted in a fire or explosion.

CTB (cell-to-body) Technology

The battery upper cover and the body floor are combined into one, forming a "sandwich" structure of the entire vehicle. The power battery system is both an energy body and a mechanical structural component, which improves battery space utilization and also brings higher battery life.
